I understand how challenging it can be to alter your lifestyle and I am constantly working on mine. In my early 20's, I developed multiple symptoms that made me very sick and caused me to gain about 20 pounds. I was in and out of doctors' offices for six months and no one could figure out what was wrong. After many frustrating visits, I made an appointment with a Naturopathic doctor and was told that all of my symptoms were food related. I made a choice that day to clean up my diet and make exercising a part of my everyday life. But it wasn’t easy. It took me five years to really make those habits a consistent part of my life. My weight went up and down, as well as my symptoms, but I overcame it and have been healthy since. Proper nutrition and exercise healed my body.
I want others to know that it's okay to struggle and some days you may not do well. But with knowledge and education, you can pick yourself back up and Live to WOW.
