Here's how it works

Conduct an assessment

We will meet for a one-hour complimentary assessment where we'll go over your physical health and discuss it as it relates to your goals. All new clients receive this complimentary session.

Determine your goals

We will discuss your current lifestyle, nutrition and exercise habits, what your goals are, and the challenges you face in reaching your goals.

Build customized workout plan

We will establish your start date and we will execute a highly customized workout plan. The plan will come with nutritional advice based on what we discussed during the assessment. Every time we meet, we'll re-assess your progress and adjust the plan as needed.

Bi-weekly billing available. Single session pricing is $60 per session.** Gift certificates available.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a gym, where will we workout?

You don't need a gym to get a good workout. I have equipment and can provide in-home training if you have space or a fitness center in your housing complex. If you want to get outside, we can work out at the park or you can come to me.

Where will you travel to?

I will travel within a 5-10 mile radius of downtown San Diego. This includes but is not limited to: Mission Valley, North Park, Hillcrest, South Park, SDSU, Clairemont area, Point Loma, Golden Hill, Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, and Mission Beach. Not sure if I will travel to you? Please don't hesitate to contact me and ask!

As a woman, is strength training going to make me look big?

No. Women do not generate enough testosterone to develop bulky muscles. What you will get is tight, sexy, lean muscles and a faster metabolism. It takes a specific way of training, nutritional manipulation, and often supplement use, to get a “big look.” Everyday strength training will not result in a bulky look, so stop worrying and get lifting!

What should I bring to my workout?

Wear clothes in which it is easy to move, supportive athletic shoes, and strength training gloves if you want to protect your hands from developing calluses. Bring a big bottle of water and a good attitude! Think about how great you will feel when you're done!
